醫(yī)學(xué)博士后、教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,細(xì)胞應(yīng)激生物學(xué)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室課題組長(zhǎng),“閩江學(xué)者”特聘教授,國(guó)際華人骨研學(xué)會(huì)終身會(huì)員、美國(guó)和日本骨代謝學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員、獲得中國(guó)駐日本大使館-中國(guó)學(xué)友會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)榮譽(yù)證書、日本文部省(教育部) 全球杰出計(jì)劃-“超級(jí)學(xué)生” 稱號(hào)、國(guó)際華人骨研學(xué)會(huì)(ICMRS)Webster Jee青年學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)、國(guó)際骨免疫年會(huì)-青年學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)、美國(guó)骨代謝研究學(xué)會(huì)(ASBMR)青年學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)、美國(guó)骨研究促進(jìn)會(huì)(AIMM)John Haddad青年學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)、廈門大學(xué)“南強(qiáng)青年拔尖人才”-A類、中組部青年千人-會(huì)評(píng)(新冠疫情延期中)。近年來,骨骼系統(tǒng)與機(jī)體其他組織/器官之間的偶聯(lián)機(jī)制逐漸成為系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)研究的新興熱點(diǎn),也是進(jìn)行精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)治療所必須明確的核心內(nèi)容。許韌博士一直聚焦于骨形成細(xì)胞與其支撐系統(tǒng)的交流機(jī)制,深入探究成骨微環(huán)境的調(diào)控功能和潛在的臨床價(jià)值。其中以第一作者身份在Nature、Nature Medicine和JBMR等國(guó)際知名期刊上均發(fā)表研究成果。
目前實(shí)驗(yàn)室致力的主要研究方向如下:
1)骨特異性神經(jīng)/血管體系在骨骼退行性疾病中的作用機(jī)制
2)成骨細(xì)胞來源細(xì)胞因子在機(jī)體能量代謝中的功能
3)骨骼干細(xì)胞/前體細(xì)胞在癌癥發(fā)生和骨轉(zhuǎn)移中的介導(dǎo)機(jī)制
